Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DokanKori, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
DokanKori provides tools for managing products, sales, stock, customers, suppliers, expenses, profit and related shop information. Features may vary by plan.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify DokanKori if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Free and Premium plans
The Free plan currently supports up to 50 products and 50 recorded sales per month, basic stock records, customer and supplier lists, one device, and daily sales and net-profit totals. Monthly reports and other advanced features require Premium.
New eligible users may receive Premium free for 30 days. After the trial, Premium costs ৳300 per year. If payment is not completed before the trial or paid period ends, the account automatically returns to the Free plan. Existing data is retained, but Premium-only features and limits become unavailable.
5. Payments
Subscription fees, payment methods and renewal instructions are shown before payment. Unless required by applicable law, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the Premium service has been activated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal or harmful content, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use DokanKori for unlawful activity.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You grant DokanKori permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing in more detail.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep DokanKori available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features, limits and prices may change. Material changes will be communicated through the service when reasonably possible.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently or in serious violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimer and liability
DokanKori is a business-record tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, DokanKori is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data.
