1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, shop name, shop type and account credentials. If you use Google Sign-In, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address and profile image according to the permission screen you approve.
We also process information you add to DokanKori, such as products, inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, expenses and payment or subscription status.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, complete shop onboarding, provide shop-management features, send authentication OTPs, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.
3. Google user data
DokanKori requests only the basic OpenID Connect scopes needed for authentication: openid, email and profile. Google information is used to identify you and prefill your account. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
4. Email OTPs
Authentication and password-reset OTP emails may be delivered using Resend. OTPs are temporary, used only for verification and expire after a limited period.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted providers including Google for authentication, Resend for transactional email and Cloudflare for hosting, security and data infrastructure. They process information under their respective terms and privacy commitments.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate DokanKori, when you direct us to, to protect users and the service, or when legally required.
7. Data retention
Account and shop information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, recovery and legal obligations. Expired OTPs and temporary authentication information are removed or invalidated.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, protected credentials and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may review or correct your account information, disconnect Google Sign-In, request a copy of your information, or request account and personal-data deletion, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
10. Children
DokanKori is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
